The Randoms
Many Artists work on thematic works creating a body of different pieces that all relate to an overriding theme or concept. Often, while they work on that body of work, there are other ideas that come to them. They either record the idea in a sketchbook or journal and continue on or they sometimes will work on these other ideas, these Random thoughts in tandem with their main body of work. That is my way of working which results in a group of works that don't always fit into the other areas of creative focus. Sometimes these Randoms will result in a new area of focused creative research and sometimes they simply live as unique pieces created from random ideas. This gallery is dedicated to those Random thoughts and ideas that have been turned into art. Maybe some will develop into new groups of work, but for now, here they are, as they are, which is just fine:)
