FIBER WORKS
Fiber as a material is versatile, evocative and full of visual and physical content. Fiber can be yarn, string, fabric, wool, or a multitude of materials. It can be used as a main material or as one of many as it has a variety of process and attachment options that work well. I enjoy the tactile elements of working with fibers and the connections to domestic work that it inherently possesses. This gallery contains some of the fiber works that I have created. Some are developing into a series and some have been practice or experimental works that have not yet developed but serve as ideas to explore in the future.
